To the practitioners, the veterans, and the unspoken experts: The internet is breaking under the weight of generic advice.

If a Junior Business Analyst goes online today to solve a complex stakeholder conflict or define a murky requirement, what do they find? They find "Top 10 Tips" lists generated by AI. They find theoretical frameworks written by people who haven’t run a requirements workshop in a decade.

They find fluff. They find noise.

At learn.ba, we're building a true experts network.

You don't have to be popular to join, you just have to be an experienced BA to provide examples and tips from your work history.

The Mission

We're building an expert network to provide clear, unbiased, and deeply practical advice to the next generation of Business Analysts.

This is not a content farm. This is not a "guest post" marketing scheme for influencers to push their courses.

This is a sanctuary for institutional memory that can be passed down from one generation to the next.

Who We're Looking For

We aren't interested in "Thought Leaders" who speak in platitudes. We are looking for the Practitioners.

You received this invitation because we have analyzed your background. We ignored your follower count and looked at your LinkedIn profile to see your work history. We see the projects you’ve delivered, the industries you’ve navigated, and the tenure you have earned.

We believe you possess the one thing that AI and generic blogs cannot replicate: War Stories.

The Method: No Theory, Just Reality

We are uninterested in what you think a BA should do according to a textbook. We want to know what you did when you were in the specific situations that other BAs will encounter in their own jobs.

Our editorial process is rigorous, specific, and unlike any other platform:

  • The Topic Cycle: We tackle one single, specific BA challenge over a two-week period.
  • The Voice: You will write in the first person. You will write as if you are sitting across the table from a mentee, holding a cup of coffee, looking them in the eye.
  • The Evidence: We will ask you to tie your advice to a specific role or year on your resume. We want the grit, the nuance, and the retrospective wisdom of that specific moment in your career.

We do not publish puff pieces. If it sounds like it was written by an LLM, it doesn't go into publication.

The Exchange

We do not pay for articles. We offer something arguably more valuable to a professional of your caliber: A deserved position in our profession as a true expert.

You have the wisdom; we have the megaphone.

When you write for learn.ba, you enter an ecosystem designed to amplify your professional profile. We invest our resources into marketing your expertise. We package your insights and distribute it to a hungry audience of up-and-coming BAs, positioning you as an expert evangelist in the profession.

The Invitation

This is an invite-only network. You are on our shortlist because we believe you represent the standard we are trying to set.

We are asking you to reach back into your career, pull out the hard-won lessons, and document them for the next generation.

Join us. Let’s clear the noise.
